Rental conditions for cottages at Lemvig Strand Camping
Cabins are rented starting from 1500 hours on date of arrival and for departure latest at 1200 hours on date of departure.
At time of reservation, 50% of the total price for the lease period to be paid via netbank. This amount will be lost in case of later cancellation. The remaining amount for the total period shall be paid on arrival (by cash or card)
Bed linen must be brought, or rented at the reception
The cabin owner does not accept any responsibility in case of suddenly arisen damage to the cabin, but he will of course arrange for the damage to be repaired as quickly as possible after being notified.
The cabin owner does not accept any responsibility in case of insects in the cabin.
The tenant is responsible for the payment for the lease and for possible damages caused to the cabin or the furniture and equipment during the lease period. Possible damages must immediately be reported to the cabin owner.
Cleaning
The tenant is responsible for cleaning of the cabin. When leaving, the cabin as well as the furniture and equipment shall be left in the shame cleaned and tidy condition as on arrival. In case of further cleaning being required, same will be carried out at the expense of the tenant.
Interrupted stay
In case the total lease period is not utilized due to late arrival or early departure, no refund will take place, irrespective of whether the cabin is rented out again.
When staying at Lemvig Strand Camping the camping rules shall be adhered to, and instruction from the owner of the site shall be followed. Otherwise the guest may be expelled without any refund of paid hire.
